1. Definitions and Scope
In this document, "betfun", "platform" or "site" refers to the entire online gaming service operated at the domain https://betfunlogin.cam. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who has created an account on this platform or is using its services. "Agreement" refers to this terms and conditions document.
"Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and any other gaming activities offered by betfun. "Bonus" refers to matched deposit credit, cashback, or other promotional benefits provided alongside a deposit.

2. Account Registration and Use

To open an account on betfun, you must provide accurate and complete information. If the mobile number, identity document, or other verifiable details provided at registration are found to be false or incorrect, betfun reserves the right to close that account immediately.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in all accounts being suspended and any associated funds being forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
Keep your password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify betfun support immediately.
2.4 Identity Verification
betfun may at any time request a copy of your national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
3. Age and Eligibility Requirements
All services on the betfun platform are intended only for individuals aged 21 or above. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. If false information about age is provided at registration, that account and all associated funds will be cancelled immediately.
As a Bangladeshi citizen, it is your own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of your country. The fact that betfun is technically accessible does not automatically make its use lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
4.1 Accepted Methods
betfun currently supports the following methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required for security checks or large amounts. betfun reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal if necessary.
4.4 Fund Verification
In cases of suspicious transactions, suspected money laundering, or bank reversals, betfun may hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation. All deposited funds must come from a payment method that is authorised and belongs to the account holder. Third-party funds and cryptocurrency are not accepted.
5. Bonus Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at betfun, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000; the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before any bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Requesting a withdrawal without meeting this requirement may result in the bonus being cancelled. Only the principal stake amount counts towards wagering calculations.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Systematic abuse of betfun's bonus policy — such as using multiple accounts or placing bets with bonus funds in a pattern that does not reflect normal gaming behaviour — will, if detected, give betfun the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
5.4 VIP Cashback
betfun VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. Across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond, cashback ranges from 0.2% to 1.0%. Example: a Gold-tier member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 would receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Validity of Bets
Every bet is logged on a real-time server. If a bet fails to register due to a technical error, betfun reserves the right to declare that bet void. Abnormal winnings arising from mechanical or software errors may be corrected by betfun.
6.2 Cheating and Manipulation Prohibited
The use of bots, automated scripts, collusion, or any other dishonest means of play is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed, funds forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
Bets accepted before a price change in a sports market are valid. If a match is abandoned or officially cancelled, bets are generally refunded. betfun may at its own discretion temporarily suspend any event or market.
6.4 Game Errors
betfun may void any erroneous result displayed in a game engine. In such cases, the user's original stake will be returned, but any winnings arising from the error will not be paid.
7. Responsible Gaming

If a user requests it, betfun can apply a temporary or permanent account break (self-exclusion). To use this option, contact the support team directly.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by betfun
betfun may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Breach of any part of these terms and conditions
- Providing false identity or information
- Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts
- Suspicious financial transactions
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. Any eligible funds remaining in your balance may be withdrawn before closure, subject to applicable terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
betfun provides its platform on an "as is" basis. betfun is not liable for losses caused by server outages, internet connectivity issues, or failures by third-party service providers.
betfun is not liable for financial losses resulting from the user's own negligence, password sharing, or failure to secure their device. However, where betfun's direct negligence is proven, liability will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
betfun will under no circumstances be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or special damages.
11. Amendment and Changes to Terms
betfun reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform or sent to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
If you do not accept the new terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance.
